INSTALMENT PAYMENT SCHEME

You can take advantage of our instalment payment scheme to buy any painting, print or item of craftwork from the gallery.

• This is an interest/credit free arrangement, and you can pay as much or as little as you like until the item is fully paid for.
• Once a deposit or initial payment is made on any item, I will wrap it up and store it in the gallery – I sell on behalf of the artist and so I can only release it to you when you have paid us the entire cost of the item, and it is then that we pay the artist for the item.
• You will be given a receipt for your payments, and I hold a further record in the instalment book of all details of transactions.
• Payments can be made using cash, cheque or card.
• This does not have to be a regular monthly payment – it’s up to you. Pay when you want or when you can afford to pay.
• I’d prefer it (for the sake of the artist!) if you can arrange to pay the entire amount within 6 months at the most, but if you have an unexpected problem, tell us and I’ll extend the time.
• If you do not live in Pembrokeshire and cannot pick up your  purchase in person, you can arrange with me to post the item by registered delivery (with insurance) or by carrier.
 

Many people have used the instalment scheme since we started it eight years ago – in fact, it has worked so well that some individuals have now used it several times in order to buy a very special present or to build a private collection!
