Janes
of Fishguard
coffee
shop and wool shop
The food at the coffee
shop is very, very good, and ranges from homemade soups and light lunches
and paninis to excellent cakes complementing the superb coffees and
special teas. The seating is comfortable and stylish, with rather nice
paintings on the walls (If I say so myself! Penelope and Catriona have
very kindly hung some of my paintings in the coffee shop) and there is
seating in the garden.

|
The woolshop is really
quite incredible - there's a extensive range of different wools, with some
gorgeous designer yarns and many accessories for the knitter, stitcher
and craftsperson.

Esgyrn
Guanaco is a company which has been producing guanaco fibre, one of the
finest natural fibres in the world, for the luxury textile and fashion
industries for over 27 years.
The guanaco
and a small herd of alpaca are bred and cared for on their secluded organic
farm in the GwaunValley. The fibres from these animals are woven in Yorkshire’s
specialist mills either into cloth or into products like shawls and scarves.
Esgyrn is now, through their newly developed website, able to offer for
sale a selection of their own Guanaco scarves as well as a carefully selected
range of scarves, shawls and throws from the guanacos cousins; vicuna,
the finest grades of alpaca and llama, which have been produced in the
best mills of South America.
